Most of the time I find the doctors very good and very helpful, I did have one bad experience recently with a doctor which I found most upsetting but the reception team were amazing and really listened and were very sympathic and helpful to try and resolve why I was unhappy. When I recently went to the nurse for blood tests she was very nice."

"welcoming , efficient , took history, interested and pleased i had a photo record of the progress of the injury. did not prescribe antibiotics , but did take a precautionary swab for lab test . applied an iodised dressing as expected and invited me to make a follow up appointment - all perfect. Thank you"
